Please fill out the form below with your information and presentation details. We do have a cost for travel which can be processed after we review your request.
Costs
The minimum cost for a presentation covers the cost of the trip for the presenter. This depends on your distance from SIU Carbondale.
- Within 25 miles = $35.00
- 25-50 miles = $70.00
- 50-75 miles = $105.00
- 75-100 miles = $140.00
- 100-125 miles = $175.00
- 125-150 miles = $210.00
- 150-175 miles = $245.00
- 175-200 miles = $280.00
- >200 miles = price to be determined based on distance
If your request requires on overnight stay for the presenter, there is an additional cost of $100.
