StraightUp Solar Campus and Community Area
While on campus the day of the Eclipse, check out the StraightUp Solar Campus and Community area. StraightUp Solar is a Missouri-Illinois solar installation company. The company, established in 2006, designs and installs solar power systems, battery storage systems, smart panels and EV charging stations for homes and businesses.
This sponsored area will host select food vendors as well as host student organizations from SIU.

RSOs will be permitted to host a fundraiser in the StraightUp Solar Campus and Community Area. The fundraiser must follow all University RSO fundraising policies and should be themed with the Eclipse in mind. Interested groups are to submit their information via the Eclipse 2024 Solicitation Request Form. Questions? Email tenab@siu.edu.
Other good or community organizations that are interested in having a table simply need to email eclipse@siu.edu. There is no charge for involvement in this space.
